It seems that since the wedding, EVERYONE has been baby-crazed. Not saying that we don't want children, but there are a few other things we would like to be able to do before our lives are turned upside down as well as preparing for any new additions. We also understand that the timing is ultimately left in God's hands, but we can do our best to be as prepared as possible.
Some things are just to secure more financial comfort...some things are just pure fun!

Do you have any types of bucket lists?
We will have been married for almost a year in April, and people have been asking when we will be having a baby. I think part of it is because we have been together for a long time prior to getting married. I have a few things on my list prior to having a baby that are on your list like:

-getting life insurance
-visit Chicago ( I think this is where we are going on our first anniversary)
I might have to do a post on this. I might want to finish some of this soon since we may start trying to have a baby this summer.

ReplyDeleteI love lists. They are a great way to put things in perspective as well as a great way to organize. I actually just started a list - 101 Things to do in 1001 Days. That will serve as my pre-baby bucket list. My hubby and I plan to wait until after our 5th year anniverary.
ReplyDeleteThe thing that really caught my eye on your list was the fact that you wanted to attend the Hoodie Awards. I've never been but I think that you all would have a great time. When I listened to the Steve Harvey show, I would always want to go to the Hoodie Awards.

There are some nice vineyards in Virginia near the resort I went to for my Winter vacation--you should check them out.
